GINNY WEBSTER

As a Realtor® licensed in both Calgary and Toronto, I’m proud to offer my clients trusted real estate services across two of Canada’s most dynamic markets. My knowledge of both cities, combined with my own personal experience relocating, gives me valuable insight to guide clients whether they’re making a move locally, across the country, or balancing ties to both.

A Toronto resident for over 40 years, my husband and I recognized the opportunities Calgary presented early on. Our decision to relocate was an easy one, and we couldn’t imagine raising our family anywhere else. Calgary has given us sunshine, mountain adventures, and warm, welcoming communities—while Toronto continues to anchor us through family, friends, and cherished roots.

My path to real estate began after 15 years of building and operating a successful multi-unit restaurant business with my husband. Through developing new sites, I learned firsthand that location is everything. That lesson now shapes the way I work with clients: understanding their needs and translating them into the right home, in the right community, at the right time.

My business is built on dedication, communication, and trust, with a no-pressure approach that my clients have come to rely on. Much of my success stems from referrals, a reflection of the candid advice and tenacious advocacy that clients appreciate most. From our first meeting to the closing day, I aim to provide genuine, seamless service and exceed expectations at every step.

I’m also proud to be a recipient of Zolo’s Zenith Awards, recognizing top-performing agents nationwide, and previously a member of Chestnut Park’s Director’s Award. These achievements are an honour, but what matters most is using that experience to serve my clients with the highest level of care.

When I’m not working, I enjoy time with family and friends—whether on the tennis courts, the golf course, the ski hills, or exploring the outdoors with our dog, Cookie.

If you’re considering a move or simply curious about the market, I’d be delighted to connect.
